If you don’t have a Membership or Class Pass, it’s OK, the schedule will allow you to register for the Pre-Requisite Introduction Class to begin your journey the right way. We offer a flexible daily class schedule that will be sure to fit everyone. Offering AM Classes from 9am-12pm and PM Classes resuming at 5pm-9pm special weekend schedule of classes and private booking availability. Don’t worry about signing up for the correct class, with our unique assessment system the schedule auto adjusts to your level.
