We here at Pole Control Studios give you the opportunity to expand and explore your sensual side as well as give and maintain a fit and healthy body. Our mission is to blend sensual awareness with a great workout. Our promise to you is to help you get that strong, well-toned body you’ve been looking for while having fun and feeling great.

All clients have our full respect and confidentiality. We do not tolerate any violation of privacy or any other personal matters from any persons to attend our class. We ask that you value and treat everyone around you with the same courtesy and respect that you would expect and deserve. Any disregard to this matter, and you will be asked to leave the class. If you feel you cannot value others' privacy or would feel more comfortable alone, we do offer private sessions and would be happy to oblige.

Introduction sessions are for students who wish to try pole dancing before committing to a course. Taster sessions are not the equivalent of the first lesson of the Beginner I course.

We offer private lessons with our expert instructors Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups based on studio availability. Please call for pricing. Our fitness instructors are also available to put together a personal training program for you to help you achieve your ultimate hottie body. We'll give you a complete assessment and will find a program and a nutritional diet that will work for you and your lifestyle.

Event Space Rental
